Our team have management experience inside both SMEs and large organisations. We are are approachable and pragmatic. We are good at working with business people to understand how your operations work and what you need from a software application. We are valued for the highly professional, practical relationships we develop with clients.
We will start by working with you to bring out the detail of what you want the application to do, and understand the ‘business rules’ that are to be used. We’ll then translate this into technical requirements and begin development. As we build the system we’ll come back to you with early versions for test and feedback. We’ll support you to deploy the system and get it into use and can provide user manuals and training if required.
We are happy to provide free quotes for smaller projects, or cost estimates for larger projects pending detailed specification of the work.
Building a supportive relationship
We will be able to advise you on how different scope or approaches are likely to affect the cost of a project. Projects can be one-offs, or part of an ongoing, phased development programme – we can advise on phasing and would be very happy to build a relationship with you over the long-term.
We can also work with clients as a consultant / advisor on database, business system or similar process automation issues, including situations in which a client is having difficulty managing existing projects underway.
We are UK-based, but will add an offshore team of developers to provide best value for money when appropriate (usually for larger web projects).
